Sheep Incognito Blog

Off We Goooo! The sheep have finally found a voice - a smorgasblog of mutton so-to-speak. So come along for a rather bumpy, slightly whacky and always (well, hopefully) entertaining ride through the realm of sheep. Sheep in Birmingham, AlaBAAAAAMAAAAA

Posted by Conni Togel in Untagged

So far, the sheep have been a booming success here in Birmingham - the weather was perfect art show weather, the people excited to shop for real art, and the art selection was great. All good things.

"Bull Sit" and "BiPolar" both found good homes to go hang out in - so that was a bittersweet thing. It's always hard to let original paintings go  - somehow I'm really attached to them, especially if I was happy the way they turned out. Must be some detachment disorder or something like that.

So today's post is just a shorty - gotta get checked out of the hotel, and get to the show to get things ready for today. Keep your fingers crossed for some more good weather - so far it looks rather wet and muggy, my most dreaded weather situation for outdoor shows (there HAS to be a reason why outdoor shows are more popular than indoor ones, I just haven't found the attraction yet...).

I'll post more as time allows this evening, or next week during mayhem before the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival - I'm scared already...I think we'll be mobbed there...

Enjoy your weekend!
